I understand and agree that the information received from this web site is confidential in nature and do further agree not to disclose any information received from this web site to a third party for any purpose whatsoever. I understand that the seller or Pool Route Sales would suffer from any breach of this agreement and I do further agree that should I breach this agreement I will be liable for whatever damages can be shown to have been suffered by the seller or Pool Route Sales.

1.) 	I do hereby agree to comply with the following rules of Pool Route Sales online:

 	
	a.) 	 I will notify Pool Route Sales, via E-mail, within ten (10) days of any purchase I make of accounts advertised through Pool Route Sales online.

	b.) 	 I will not disclose to a third party the information contained within Pool Route Sales ROUTE LISTING PAGE.

2.) 	Owner represents and warrants that Owner is now, and hereby agrees to remain, in full compliance with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding the operation and sale of the accounts.

I understand and hereby acknowledge that all facts, figures and other information advertised through Pool Route Sales have been provided to Pool Route Sales by Owner, and that Pool Route Sales has relied upon Owner's representations of such facts, figures and other information when describing, advertising and promoting the accounts to potential purchasers, without making an investigation into the accuracy of such representations by Owner. Therefore, as a purchaser or potential purchaser, I (we) do hereby agree to save, hold harmless and indemnify Pool Route Sales, its owners and employees, against any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or related to any purchase or attempted purchase of any account advertised through Pool Route Sales. 
I understand that Pool Route Sales receives an advertising fee from the Seller. Should I refuse to comply with the above rules, I do hereby agree to be responsible for all Seller's fee as well as any and all damages suffered by Pool Route Sales due to said breach.
