Tech II goes a step further and builds on the information learned in the TECH 1 course. The TECH II course gets into more problem solving and hands on activities. It gives you a solid background in more technical matters of repair and troubleshooting. TECH II classrooms sessions are taught by industry experts and organized through sponsoring APSP chapters and or regions.
Certified is the final and most advanced level within the APSP Service Technician Certification Program. The CERTIFIED level allows participants to study specialized areas of interest and to set their own time schedules.
