When I first entertained the idea of pursuing the pool business I wasn't sure where to turn. My neighbor who operates a small pool service suggested I purchase a moderately sized route directly from another poolman. After my neighbor said "I have bought and sold poolroutes and things worked out well". I was very sceptical about reading the book as to whether it would be beneficial to me as a pool business owner. The answer is YES YES YES. Its a must read for anyone looking to grow there business whether in pools or not. We have implemented a few of the recommendations already and we have seen quite positive results in a short space of time. Most of the time it is a case of trusting what is in the book and running with it-we have and so far things have definitely been more profitable. Read it! Trust it! Read it again, and implement it--it does work!
